Cerebus - Created By...

“Created By” is a series of logo plaques that celebrates the original creators of your favorite Film, TV, and Comic Book characters and storylines! Cerebus the Aardvark was first published in his own self-titled comic book in December, 1977 and continued until the 300th issue in March of 2004. Dave Sim created the comic and served as writer and artist throughout its entire run. Gerhard joined as background illustrator with issue #65 in August, 1984, but Sim continued the art for the main characters. The series covers the entire life of the barbarian aardvark, Cerebus.
