If you enjoy my designs and would like to support my work, or get a commercial license to sell prints of my models — you can join me on Patreon: 👉 https://www.patreon.com/cw/AR3DP --- Design ConceptThe CF Crab stands with claws raised high, ready to defend or challenge, capturing the essence of this resilient crustacean. Its body and legs are shaped into bold geometric facets, giving it a sturdy, armored look while maintaining the crystalline aesthetic. The symmetry of its claws and the angular geometry of its shell create a visually striking and balanced figure.PurposeThe Crab adds a marine element to the collection, complementing other water creatures like the CF Beluga and CF Albatross. Its raised claws give it an expressive, dynamic personality that contrasts nicely with the more grounded quadrupeds, enhancing diversity across the lineup.Printing RecommendationsDark bronze or copper filaments emphasize the armored look of the crab’s shell and claws. Metallic or pearlescent finishes can highlight the crystalline texture. Due to the raised claws, supports are recommended to maintain sharp edges and prevent drooping during printing.Assembly InstructionsThe CF Crab is designed as a single-piece print. Once printed, a clear matte coat can be applied to highlight the facets without making the surface glossy. Optionally, a subtle dry brush in lighter metallic tones can be used on the claws and edges of the shell to give the appearance of wear and texture. --- A little message from me: Your support helps me keep creating and improving new designs every day.
