CH 341 Programer Enclosure remix

Remix of the enclosure made by alanpwood.
It features a better fit for the programmer, squared corner and no tabs (it's kept together by friction).
I also rotated it in order to avoid the need for supports when printing.
In order to avoid bending on the top piece I added a connection that has the side effect of keeping the lever in place, which isn't a problem imho since the top is easily removable when needed.

I printed it with 0.15mm layer height.
