chain drive unit

my mate converted his joyner buggy to take a 600cc kawasaki ninja engine and needed a custom drive train manufactured, i had the pleasure of taking on the job! i Made the 530 chaindrive unit using The original splined ends from the joyner differential, They were then Welded to the main shaft (which the sprocket bolts to) which I made from a piece of en24 grade steel And machined true all within 0.06mm run out from end to end. The unit was made compatible with original driveshafts etc All the parts were made using inventor to design, a milling machine and lathe to manufacture the unit. Works a treat! Happy with how it turned out!
