This script lets you create custom sheets of print-in-place chain mail. You can specify the size of the links and the height of the spikes. You can generate chain mail with or without spikes.

You can use edge connector slots to connect sheets of chain mail to make bigger sheets than your 3D printer can print. You can connect the ends of long strips of chain mail to make bracelets, etc. To connect links, tip them up into a V shape, and slide the slot on one link into the slot on the other.

Click "Open in Customizer" to generate STL files. Or, if you have OpenSCAD, download the .scad file to your computer and generate chain mail STL files there.

Print chain mail without supports, brim, or raft.
