The following are what I have personally tested and use for plastic-protected challenge coins:

- Coin inside casing dimensions: Thickness: 0.12 inches (3mm), Length/Roundness: 1.97 inches (50mm)
Standard:
- Plastic casing installed dimensions: XY: 46mm, Z: 6mm
- Coin inside casing dimensions: Thickness: 0.12 inches (3mm), Length/Roundness: 1.57 inches (40mm)
Small:
- Plastic casing installed dimensions: XY: 45mm, Z: 6mm
- Coin inside casing dimensions: Thickness: 0.12 inches (3mm), Length/Roundness: 1.57 inches (40mm)
The exact shelf bracket used can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5573085. Note that the "Blender STL Export Options.txt" file is only applicable to versions V7 and later, as earlier versions were not intended for printing.
For versions V9 to V1, STL files are not provided as they are development versions and not intended for printing. Only blender files
