In English:

Analytical methods based on digital images are simple and inexpensive because the detector is a digital camera, or scanner, to record the colors of a surface and determine the concentration of the analyte. To record images of fluorescent phenomena it is necessary to use an emission source in the excitation range of the analytes. And, some analytes have excitation in the ultraviolet range, so it is necessary to use a source that emits in this range. Images cannot be obtained anyway, lighting and intensity need to be controlled. For this reason, digital images are recorded in an environment with controlled lighting. A chamber is used to isolate the room from outside lighting, and the room is lit with a constant, controlled indoor light source. With an LED source with ultraviolet and visible emission, from 300 nm to 1100 nm, it is possible to perform image measurements for fluorescent species with excitation in this range and emission in the visible spectrum.
