Makes
Aktive Heater for the print chamber for up 90°C.
Posting in progress.
For remixes or similar please just ask.
For base and lower connector you can use ASA.
(Base is in my case milled wood.)
For the Upper Connector and air duct you need to use something like 3dkTop from 3dk.berlin, with a heat resistance over 210°C.
You need two special ebm Papst fans:
"PAPST 8556 N"
with a heat resistance of up to 90°C
First one mounted in between the lower and the upper connector.
Second one on the ceiling of your heated chamber.
For the heating I used 4 300W ceramic heat elements.
Pinched between two Lamellar cool elements.
(100x96x36mm)
The temperature is handelt independently from the printer controll.
(Will maybe changed in the future.)
Here I used:
Three multi-time-relais
One temperature controller with relais output
If someone whats so copy it, I can provied a wiring plan.
But because it´s 230V I won´t post it public.
