Charizard Assembly Model Figure were made by using open software tools (FreeCAD and Inkscape). The result is a collection of multiple contour drawings, grouped together in a .dxf file and a .svg file. Both files can be cutter by a laser cutter.
The .dxf must be cutter on any material with a 3 mm thickness, no more, no less. I recommend MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), although acrylic, cardboard, or plywood works too. But remember the 3 mm thickness constraint.
By other hand, the .svg file can be treated using a laser cutter as well. But first this should be printed over self-adhesive vinyl. Once we have the vinyl, we can proceed to cutter it using a laser cutter or a simple razor, blade or a box cutter.
At last, stick the vinyls on their respective mdf/plywood/acrylic part, and assembly. Now we're DONE!
Enjoy it :)
