The Charlotte Mask combines a Bellus3D Mask Fitter frame with a modified Montana Mask to achieve a custom fit 3D printed mask. It is designed to enhance the fit and comfort of rigid 3D printed face masks. Custom friction fit caps can be made to personalize each mask.

Printing of the masks was done using medical grade SLA for sanitization purposes. The caps were printed
