Inspired by the New Fun Chastity Cage Hinge Pin but built completely from scratch. The design is based on an unbranded cage purchased from Amazon. Use a standard handcuff key to rotate/lock it once in place.
The dimensions (diameter x length) for the individual segments of the pin are as follows:
- Cylinder+Taper: 6.28 x 18+4.5
- Dowel+Tip: 3.0 x 3.0+0.5
- Locking Tab: 3.0 x 6.0>5.25 (from centre of cylinder)
- Key Way/Peg: 3.68/2.68 x 3.75
- Key Flag: 1.0 x 3.5 (from centre of Key-Way)
The tolerances used for the handcuff key way are *extremely tight* to preserve as much material/strength around it. Regular PLA - at least when it's printed on the hotter side to improve layer adhesion - appears to be up for the task. The key way likely won't tolerate much poking around though so I advise against trying to unlock it without a key. ;-)
My Smith & Wesson key is an exact fit; it slides in with minimal resistance and lightly holds onto the pin. You may need to adjust the
