Chef Ljubomir Stanisic

Ljubomir Stanisic is one of the most recognised chefs in Portugal, known for his talent, strong personality and creative approach to gastronomy. Born in Sarajevo, he arrived in Portugal in 1997 and built a distinguished career in the national restaurant scene. He became especially famous for the 100 Maneiras restaurant in Lisbon and for his television appearances in shows such as Pesadelo na Cozinha and Hell’s Kitchen.
