I love making and drinking coffee - But coffee should be enjoyed. Slowly.
I love pour over methods like the Chemex coffee maker, but the coffee keeps getting cold on me. I adapted the Chemex Cover by Paulgeneres to be a bit thicker and also fill in the gap for the spout-ish ridge.
(Also pictured is a scaled down version of the original Chemex Cover serving as a coffee cup lid!)
