Chess Piece Storage Trays

This thing is a storage tray for chess pieces. I have an Isle of Lewis set that needed a storage container for easy use and storage. My set needed two trays for this purpose I included flip down handle for ease of lifting and placement in a drawer. All contact surfaces were lined with felt to protect the pieces including the handle inner surfaces. Felt was glued on with heat glue that has a longer work time applied and trimmed after the fact.
I was printed in PLA two colours and a contrasting one for the handle just for fun.
It is a simple box design with a circular tab on either side. For my needs the trays needed to fit the drawer of a game table I had for the purpose. This can be printed for any use and scaled as you need. Ensure that all parts are scaled proportionately if you decide to do so.
