This is a modified version of the wonderful hook posted by zannman.
I had one hook that I often found on the floor of the trunk, as it kept getting pulled-out. So I wanted to reduce the tension of the cargo cover elastic cord pulling on the hook. I did this by extending the section that the cord loops over by about 3mm. So far it's working well.
