Chewbacca action figure (original)

Ok this one I wanted to do for a long time. After decades of thinking I could not get back my Star Wars action figures from when I was a kid in the late 70's and 80's, thanks to the internet and software like Blender, plus of course my P1S 3D printer. The impossible is possible. This is my first in this series, CHEWBACCA, after many hours on the internet looking at photos of the original 1977 release of the figures, and many hours in blender sculpting and figuring out the best way to make the arms and legs move just like the real thing, I think I got it. It even feels like the real thing. And not only is it the figure itself but it also has his bowcaster that fits on his arm just like the real thing. If only they had 3D printers when I was a kid, I would barrow my friends toys and make my own off of it. never worrying about loosing the accessories, all I need to do is print up another one.
