Then I got it back but it wanted a bitlocker key which I spent half a day looking for just to realize it's probably on a microsoft account that my school phased out a few years ago. So I accepted my drives were toast and tried to factory reset but got an error. Internet said to make a bootable drive, so I tried to download the boot file on a school library computer but got an error because I didn't have admin access.
