An adapter for the "Chicago 1/2" Hammer Drill" (2009) to fit into the "Dremel 220-01 Rotary Tool Work Station" (also known as the Dremel Drill Press). This drill has a much larger chuck than the Dremel.
1mm of clearance between drill and work station.
Drill head needs original holes extended through (easy rubbery plastic) to ensure straight and sturdy drilling. The screws used through are 4.25 mm in diameter (including the threads) and 65 mm length. Holes are bi-directional for adjusting and/or cleaning.
I used a 46 mm long 45 degress countersunk bolt instead of the original.
Depth stop holder necessary for sturdiness and strength. To attach buttom nut use a socket wrench about 9.5 mm max of outer diameter.
Because of this it also needs to be printed with supports. The STL isn't perfect so when its loaded in your slicer it might show the insides. Honestly, I only really care about the preview.. but anyways, I used Simplify3D so I've included the factory file. Feel free to adjust t
