The wife bought a chicco mode from vinted but it didn't come with a tray... So decided to make one.
I used PLA on both sides. I initially used Flex, however found it was too flexible. The PLA offers little flex, and enough.
Print both items twice and screw them all together with very small screws. I think i used 12mm ones. I then got some 3mm ply and cut it with a jigsaw.
To join the table to the printed parts, i first connected 1 side, then attached both arms to the chair and drilled through both the wood and plastic and attached. Try to make it as tight as possible... THERE WILL BE FLEX to be able to take it off/on.
Finally, i added ronseal clear gloss as its suitable for kitchen counter tops.
It works great with my 9 month old.
