Chimera Nozzle Alignment Jig

A jig to allow quick and easy alignment of the two nozzles on a Chimera style hot end. Simply pop the heatsink into the jig as shown and push it down towards the base until the first nozzle touches the bottom then you can turn the whole thing over to access the grubscrews and push the second nozzle down until it touches the base too. Voila! both nozzles are aligned.

There's plenty room to use this while the heaters & thermistors are already fitted to the blocks. If I remember, I'll add a photo where the hot end is in the jig all wired up when next I have the x carriage dismantled.

Sorry the photo has a Cyclops type hotend in the jig instead of a Chimera but mine is in use at the moment (and I ***really*** don't want to take it apart again!). It does let you see how it's used though.
