Chisel/ File Handle - Bulb-Style End

Fillowing on from my original File Handle and the Hex Key long axis mount, here is a remix between the two, i.e. a similar profile to the bulb shape at the back of the hex key handle (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3605461), applied for use this time with a chisel (or file).

The hole for the tang of the chisel or file is the same as the previous file handle (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3490434), so any adjustments to the width or depth of this hole by drilling etc. can be made similarly as before.

There is a slight change to the profile of the ferrule (a little neater) and the inserts are very slightly smaller to enable an easier fit.
