Chopping board holder

In humid weather, wooden kitchen utensils are prone to mold, especially the dishes that need to be used and cleaned every day. The main reason is that the chopping board cannot be dried in time, and moisture accumulates in the contact area, which leads to mold. Therefore, I designed a bracket for the chopping board. In order to minimize the contact between the chopping board and the bracket, I used a triangular shaped beam and cut a triangular notch in the beam, which is convenient for draining water to reduce the ventilation and reduce the contact surface.

潮湿的天气，厨房的木制用具很容易产生霉菌，特别是每天都需要使用和清洗的菜板类的用品。主要的原因还是菜板无法及时的干燥，水分积累在接触的部位，从而导致易产生霉菌。因而我设计了一个菜板的支架，为了使菜板与支架间尽可能少接触，我采用三角形状的横梁，并在横梁上切出三角形的缺口，既方便排干水份减少加强通风，又减少接触面。
