Christmas Automaton

After 80+ hours of printing, 30+ hours of designing, 10+ iterations, and 1.5kg+ of old versions, I introduce to you my most complex design yet! It was a ton of fun to integrate the Maker's Supply components and make sure everything worked as intended. It takes about 6.5 hours to print the full automaton, but it's totally worth it! It's a great decoration, and it's a conversation-starter too! I hope you enjoy building it as much as I enjoyed designing it! DESIGN PROCESS:I figured I'd share a few of the changes I made since the start of the design back in mid-October. One of the biggest changes was switching from rechargeable batteries and the associated motor to a plug-in system with the new motor. I also originally had two top panels and a separate front panel, but then I merged the back top panel with the main box, and the front top panel with the front panel.
