Print 11 spikes and one base.
For each spike, use these settings.
make the bottom layer 1-2 thick
perimeter shell 2-3 layers thick and top doesn't matter, I set to 5.
Print with 0 infill.
On my ender 3 v2, I ended up dialing the speed of printing the spikes to 300 and it still tuned out great.
Once printed I cut out the base layer and expose the interior of the spike. Depending on how you chose to light the interior you may want to just cut a hole to insert a light into each spike.
For mine I used a string of 200 fairy lights, inserting 18 lights into each of the 11 spikes.
To assemble the star, I used foam 2 sided tape on every joint, then reinforced each joint with a healthy smear of epoxy.
