This project was a result of my desire to make setting up my Christmas Teepee a little easier. You may have seen many variations of this online, but the idea is you setup 2x2's in a teepee fashion, then wrap garland around it to make a Christmas Tree Teepee. The nice thing is it stores pretty compact and leaves a nice opening inside to put the presents. Or, leave the presents on the outside and kids have a hut :). My first time, I did the original method of lashing boards together and making a box of boards around the bottom to help stabilize things. Then, when we started to wrap the garland around, it kept sliding down the boards. To solve this, I designed a topper with wing nuts (so no bottom boards needed). The boards will slide in and just tighten the nut where you want it to stay. That's it! I also wanted an easy something to hold the garland from sliding down the boards. The garland strips can all be printed out (however many you need). Then just take a staple gun and staple them
