Ciclop Simplified (Fixed Left Arm)

The left arm from the Simplified files wasn't correct, so I fixed it. Both arms are here for simplicity sake. The Ciclop files are starting to get hard to find (broken links and all), but I'm going to try and pool them all together, either here or at OpenBuilds.

Because I couldn't find the info anywhere, I also am making notes here:

2 x Upright rods: 5/16" threaded rod, two pieces cut to 8" length
2 x Horizontal rods: 5/16" threaded rod, two pieces cut to 18" length for adjustment. Will trim down once I know exact measurement.
