I designed and 3D printed this cigar travel case because I wanted something that could carry different sizes of cigars in one organized, protective box. Most travel humidors I’ve seen either focus on one size or just toss all the cigars together with foam, which doesn’t work well for me. I wanted each cigar to have its own slot so they wouldn’t bump into each other or get damaged. The layout inside is split into three groups:5 slots for cigars up to a 40 ring gauge6 slots for 60 ring gauge cigars6 slots for 58 ring gauge cigarsThat setup covers most of what I carry, from bigger vitolas down to smaller smokes. I also made sure it can fit lanceros or other long, slender cigars, since those are usually hard to store in travel cases.Humidity control is handled with a dedicated slot at the bottom for a Boveda pack — you just fold the pack in half, slide it in, and it helps maintain the right moisture level while you’re on the move. The slot has its own small hinged door so the pack stays in
