The handle width is controlled by the parameter "Handle".If you generate your own model, you must split it in the slicer the same way as shown in the photos, otherwise, the star will not be released.Use the "Classic" Wall generator, because the "Arachne" does not work well with the chamfers on the corners where the split is.
