Circle Gauge Printer Calibration

I've created a simple circle gauge since I've notice entering exact caliper numbers are proving to not be accurate or much smaller. this gauges in itself is spot on once printed as long as you use the same printer for everything. But now when modeling in fusion 360 My circles are spot on, a snug yet easy fit. I had to print with a Brim as I could not get this to stick to the build plate for some reason but maybe that was my own error
