Circular Hole Tester

I often find myself printing circular holes where I want to friction fit some part later. I might want to make sure a part is snug, or make sure it can slide smoothly but not be loose, or maybe have something grip tight enough to hold but be easily removable.

When I have something like this I just whip up a quick block with some holes in it to test, but I was doing it often enough that it was a pain.

So I built a parameterized scad file that I can use to crank them out as needed.

To use it, just open the customizer and tweak the parameters to create the sorts of holes you'd like to test. Print using the settings you intend to use on your final model.

Once it's printed, you can test fit your parts in the various holes to see which is the correct size to use in your final model.
