Circular knitting machine (CSM) extra cylinders

These are 54, 60 and 72 needle cylinders for my CSM (thing:6273014) . I included these for people who are unsure how to use OpenSCAD. I did not (yet) print these myself, but I'm sure they will work as well as the 64 needle cylinder published in the original design.

Let me know if you require other configurations. More than 72 needles is not advised, because that will make the upper walls between the needles too thin.

Update: Added a 48 needle cylinder.
And a 40 needle one.
