Circular Seed Starter

This is a circular seed starter. The outer ring has eight different holes for the seeds and dirt to go in along with draining holes for each one. The inner ring is what the outer ring rotates on along with where the water goes. The water ends up under the outer ring which you will have to dump out every now and then.
