Citadel paint holder

This is a remix of "Double Sided Paint Holder with Handle" for the citadel part.I would like a full citadel holder. I also simplified and adjusted the holes that I thought was too deep.I also removed the circle in the holes which, I think, were not necessary and then saved some material.
