Citadels second edition game insert

This is an insert for the Citadels second edition board game.

The idea is that the building card tray is removed and placed on the table, along with the gold holder (Split into two containers for easy access around the table)

The card holders that stay in the box have got an easy push down mechanism to lift the cards.

Some things to note:

- The design does not cater for card sleeves.
- The design is a little tall and so the box lid lifts by a tiny amount
- The skull and robber mask are for use with the thief and assassin
- The skull actually had a design on it (Sugar skull, day of the dead, from FreeSVGs.com) but I do not have rights to redistribute it.

(Yes it's a terrible photo... I actually only took it to show my friend the print fail. I'm just too lazy to take a proper one right now. Might update later.)
