The 5 Key Design Considerations (Democratic Design): Function: This series of conceptual buildings separates; your work life, home life and a place to focus on your mental and physical health. It allows working individuals to manage their family, career and health. Certain companies lease their employees making it more convenient for them to get to work in a certified way eliminate the need to commute. Other residents of the home building also have access to space to work with other entrepreneurs employed by a work-from home flexible corporation. The third building is a space for residents to focus on their mental and physical health which also offers recreational space for private or public events. Form: The series of buildings are designed rectilinear/ modular convenient for residents since all of the buildings are connecting still giving it a separation from each other so each building can be distinguished for its purpose. Provides great daycare services, schooling and senior care. The functionality of the series of buildings allows growing families, elderly to work nearby kids/home and other professionals being multi- recreational for the community. Sustainability: The materials used distinguishes each building from each other, zinc, brass and aluminum wall cladding to differentiate each building from its exterior materials. Steel, glass, aluminum and wood are used due to its sustainable component They are built purposely to create a sustainable lifestyle since employees wouldn't need to travel long distances to get to work which is better for the environment and decreases financial expenses spent on cars (insurance, gas). Quality: A great environmental/ sustainable space which preserves natural lighting, saves energy, does not disturb the wildlife just promotes a healthy environment for all to enjoy inside and out.
