Designed this clacker toy for a cat scratch scroll I bought at Walmart (https://www.walmart.com/ip/SmartyKat-Scratch-Scroll-Curved-Cat-Scratcher-with-Feather-Toy/8110821). Print-in-place design with no supports needed. Enjoy!
UPDATE:
Added a version with a 2 mm hole in the ball at the top so a string can be looped through, in case someone wants to use this but doesn't have the specific scratch scroll I made it for.
