Clamp for Showerhead Pipe

We have a rack that holds soap and shampoo which hangs from the pipe in the shower. Unfortunately, it's heavy and starts to slip down. This is a clamp to go on the pipe and keep the rack/shelf that hangs on there from slipping down.

It's two pieces and uses M4 stainless steel cap screws and nuts to be held together.
