Clamp Hook for Thick Plates

I could not find any suitable screw hooks for very thick plates, especially for thicknesses of 40 mm and above, so I designed this model myself. This clamp hook is made for a wide range of plate thicknesses and includes many different variations. I added versions for thicknesses from 25 mm up to 100 mm, as well as different hook angles and screw lengths to fit various use cases. The clamp is designed to be 10 mm taller than the selected size. This leaves room for the small cap on the screw and allows enough adjustment for tightening. In reality, there is still about 5–6 mm of usable extra space, so a 40 mm version should also fit a plate of about 44–45 mm, and so on. That means the sizes are a bit flexible and do not need to match your plate thickness perfectly exactly. Print Material I printed my hooks in PETG-HF for better strength and stability.
