Clamp mount for mouse bungee

I like this design but the stand wouldn't fit on my desk (or my buildplate) so I designed a clamp to mount it solidly to the desk, replaces the base part in the original. You'll need to print the other parts from the original design and mount them to this with a regular skate bearing
