New player trays for 5th and 6th player to replace the single deck box.

New gold tray for metal coins. They don't fit upright, but will fit at an angle, designed with one row for 30mm coins and one for 25mm coins. I'm using the Fire coins (Gold, Silver, Copper) from Top Shelf Gamer.
