These must only be used on fibreglass or carbon fibre boot lids i do have a set on my classic mini full steel boot lid printed in petg still holding up
Care must be taken when fitting these. The boot lid must be fully supported when fitting, if one side is allowed to drop the unusual load may cause damage.
