This assembly can be used for determining slip fit oversizing. The model is designed around a 0.500" Peg with varying slip fit oversized holes..001=.501", .002=.502", .003=.503", .004=.504", .005=.505", .007=.507", .010=.510", .015=.515", .020=.520", .025=.525", .030=.530, .035=.535". I use this as a physical demonstration while designing assemblies for determining what “slip fit” I want it to be.
