Problem found with the Anycubic Chiron T0 abnormal or the extruder getting cold.
I found the cable to the extruder was broken inside the cable chain. as the wire had work-harden it must be due to the radius of the cable chain was to two small.

To fix the problem I moved the cable chain to the front edge of the extruder by printing two parts

This mod will reduce the overall height of the x-direction to about 430 mm so check before you print

You will need 4 x m3 x12 mm nuts and bolts. and you will need to swap the cable chain last link around
