Climbing utility knife

These parts are a modified version of mishkin2's version of this pocket knife.
The modification to the base makes it so that when the knife is clipped to a carabiner it cannot be opened.
The modification to the slider increases the height of the tab that holds the blade in place, as the blade fell out when shaking it rigorously with the original one.
