A model of a CLIPBOARD for paper sheets in the format DIN A4. Notes: The fastening of the CLIP UNIT on the BOARD is a elaborate possibility only and can be changed by using a simple rivet connection. The two torsion springs have to be laser welded - before assembling into the sheet metal part - with the first three spring coils (opposite side of the spring leg), on the "bearing cylinders" of the WIRE BOW. The preload angle of the torsion spring must be calculated depending on the desired torque. /!\ Attention /!\ A new concept for fastening the tension springs on the wire bow is available: I think, the laser welding is much more easier than described in the previous version. The model is a detailed reverse engineering of a well known product by company 'ELBA' and available as a STEP files (.stp) only.
