I was trying to work out how small an item my printer (The awesome Prusa i3 MK2) was able to reliably produce that was able to clip on to another with the initial idea of making a fiddle toy that acted a little like cloth. It turned out that the printer could print even smaller than this reliably, but the material strength tended to be the weak point.
Every time I printed a sheet of these clips it would be taken away by the kids to play with, so I decided to put it on Thingiverse for other people to play with too!

Your first layer and the accuracy of your printer is critical to the successful printing of this item at the given scale (Each piece is 8.5mm on the longest side).
I would suggest you start with the pair or the 4x4 version. The Prusa does it with no sweat, but if you're unable to print it successfully, try scale it up a little. Once you've got it perfect, print the 10x10 version for maximum clippy fun!
