This is a tool to help pleat masks from the instructions at

There's a video showing exactly how to use this tool, just be sure to pleat in the same direction! (Unlike I did in my sample video.) I modified the tool to be a bit longer than the one shown in the video.

It contains a live hinge, but to bend it properly depending on your material you may want to first heat it up just a tad before bending it in place, I passed it quickly in front of a cooking torch (like less than .5 seconds, very quick)
