How it's Work :
When you press the white arrows above and below the plastic indicated by the red arrow, it begins to rise upwards and the teeth start to rotate as shown in the picture. The direction of rotation of the teeth is also indicated in the picture, clockwise. However, the arms then begin to descend until they become straight.
