Cloudspire minimalistic Spire Token

####Background####
There are existing solutions out there, like the magnificent [GrandFather1314 Spire Tower v2] [a] or simplistic [Kenasam Spire Ring] [b]

I do like the Tower V2, but the space requirement is too much for me.

Kenasam Spire Ring, looks perfect, but you need to paint it or find matching faction colored PLA as the design hides the faction color (you could put the faction chip up-top, but it looks weird and hides the first upgrade chip)

####My Focus####
Heavily inspired by [Kenasam Spire Ring] [b], I've decided to take a step back and focus on these requirements:
- Small
- No need for colored PLA or paint
- Not Faction specific (i like to have 16 prints only. Allowing for any faction and 1 to 4 players scenario.)
- Do not hides faction or any upgrade chips color
- Good feel as you grab the tower from the top to manage chips
- Stability when top chip is off center from the chip stack
