Holder for attaching dragknife with 11.5mm diameter to an ER20 CNC spindle (M25x1.5).
The model is created with FreeCAD v 021.1.
Model is sliced with Cura 5.5.0
Files:
- BODY STL is the holder itself where the dragknife is inserted
- HAT STL is the cap which is inserted like a collet to CNC spindle and which holds the compression spring.
- NOSE STL is only to check if scaling is fine. prit this and check if dragknife fits exactly.
The exported mesh (stl) is already scaled to 102.5% to counteract shrinking of ASA material.
GCode is created without any scale from stl files.
Printer: Ender 3 Pro with SpriteExtruder Pro and CR Touch
Dragknife is standard china dragknife with 11.5 mm diameter.
A 8x20 mm diameter compression spring is required which is standard ender 3 Pro bed level spring.
